After a long, moving, realxing, unpacking, organizing, self-reflecting time, I've returned to share the music that drove me across the Spring/Summer/Fall, and now into the Winter months. I guess I'll start at the beginning, and work my way along chronologically in hopes of not confusing anyone...

May/June- I was in a really bad place emotionally and spiritually, and I was trying to combat that by monopolizing my music with Christian bands, which ended up being mostly worship music. For the most part, it worked, but it needed to be paired with God time and it took me a little while to figure that out. (It's like wanting to get ripped and going on a diet but not working out at all, then wondering why you're not gaining muscle.) So I stocked up on music before I moved out to Egrn.

Confession: I've always had a special place in my heart for Yellowcard. They are quite fabulous, and wrote one of my all-time favourite songs. Their new song (the one shown above) just proves to me why I love them so much. It's the happiest-sounding break-up song since this one. Aren't they just the greatest?
